- 营业性办公用房的房产证明或不少于一年的租赁合同;
- 传真机、直线电话、电子计算机等办公设备，具备与旅游行政管理部门联网的条件。
Four、《领取拟设立旅行社申请受理通知书》;five、市旅游局将在20个工作日内，按照有关规定对提交的《申报旅行社技术报告书》及拟开设旅行社的营业场所进行审核、检查，并做出准予或不准予的书面答复;six、准予设立的，领取批复文件;seven、办理旅行社责任险;eight、前往指定银行，缴纳20万元的“旅行社质量保证金”或完成银行担保，凭银行提供的“旅行社质量保证金存款协议书”或“旅行社质量保证金银行担保承诺书”以及旅行社责任险办理凭证，领取“旅行社经营许可证”;Nine、前往工商部门，办理工商注册。
