DICT位于大连大窑湾港区，占地面积218.05万平方米，岸线总长1842米，顺岸布置5个集装箱泊位，其中3个10万吨级，2个7万吨级，最大可满足12万吨级船舶满载靠泊，年设计吞吐能力300万标准箱，实际通过能力400万标准箱是中国海运（集团）总公司实现港口全球化布局的东北亚重要支点。
