是什么？企业FV车牌（内地到香港的两地车牌）办理条件：在广东省办理核准手续的国有企业、collective enterprise、private enterprise、私营企业，上一年度纳税数额达到100万元以上的，可以申办1辆内地入出香港商务车指标。
企业粤Z车牌（从香港到内地的两地车牌）办理条件：境外投资者到广东省投资，上一年度纳税数额达到15万元以上的可申请1辆入出内地商务车辆牌证；上一年度的纳税数额须到50万元以上的可申请第2辆入出内地商务车辆牌证；上一年度的纳税数额达到100万元以上的可申请3辆入出内地商务车辆牌证；从申办第4辆商务车指标起，上一年度的纳税数额每增加100万元即可增办1辆商务车指标，最多不超过15辆。
但值得注意的是，根据公告

，对已申领港珠澳大桥口岸以外其他口岸投资类港澳入出内地商务车指标，按增量指标的申领条件办理。
对已申领港珠澳大桥口岸的非投资类港澳入出内地商务车指标，或者已申领港珠澳大桥口岸以外其他口岸内地出入香港商务车指标的，不予增办，对已申领港珠澳大桥口岸粤港商务车指标而未申领其他口岸粤港商务车指标的，按照新办第一个粤港商务车指标申领条件办理。
