2. 外资企业申办莲塘口岸粤港两地车牌，其中外资企业是指到我省投资的国外、港澳台商户，其上一年度在我省纳税数额符合以下条件的，可以申办港澳入出内地商务车指标:申办第1辆商务车指标的，上一年度纳税数额须达到15万元以上；申办第2辆商务车指标的，上一年度的纳税数额须达到50万元以上；申办第3辆商务车指标，上一年度的纳税数额须达到100万元以上；从申办第4辆商务车指标起，上一年度的纳税数额每增加100万元即可增办1辆商务车指标，至多不超过15辆。
3. 外资企业申办莲塘口岸粤港两地车牌需要有香港驾驶员作为主司机，须持有香港身份证、两地***，回乡证。（不能担任其他两地车主司机）
