莲塘口岸粤港车牌办理条件具体如下：到广东省投资的国外、港澳台商户，其上一年度在我省纳税数额符合以下条件的，可以申办莲塘口岸粤港车牌：申办第1辆莲塘口岸粤港车牌指标的，上一年度纳税额须达到15万元以上；申办第2辆莲塘口岸粤港车牌指标的，上一年度纳税额须达到50万元以上；申办第3辆莲塘口岸粤港车牌指标，上一年度纳税额须达到100万元以上；从申办第4辆莲塘口岸粤港车牌指标起，上一年度纳税额每增加100万元即可增办1辆商务车指标，至多不超过15辆。
