: 申办第1辆莲塘口岸粤港车牌指标的，上一年度纳税额须达到15万元以上； 申办第2辆莲塘口岸粤港车牌指标的，上一年度纳税额须达到50万元以上； 申办第3辆莲塘口岸粤港车牌指标，上一年度纳税额须达到100万元以上； 从申办第4辆莲塘口岸粤港车牌指标起，上一年度纳税额每增加100万元即可增办1辆商务车指标，至多不超过15辆。

1. 广东省企业上一年度纳税数额达到100万元以上的，可以申办1辆内地入出香港的莲塘口岸粤港车牌指标。
