并不会产生任何影响三、符合条件的申请者2025年6月5日起即可在网上提交资料申请。Four、强化指标使用管理：（一）投资类指标。有效期为1年。
指标到期后，可以申请延期;符合以下条件的，延期1年：
- 莲塘口岸粤Z车牌，持有人上一年度纳税数额须达到15万元以上，并以15万元为基数，每15万元可以办理1辆商务车指标延期。
- 莲塘口岸FV车牌，持有人上一年度纳税数额须达到30万元以上。
- 对于投资类指标，自申请获准之日起除车辆发生交通事故严重损毁、灭失等特殊情况外，3年内不得更换车辆，不得在同1年内更换主驾驶人和后备驾驶人。
- 指标申请获准后，广东省公安厅交通管理局统一发放批文。批文有效期1年，到期后可申请延期，符合规定的予以延期，每次延期1年。
