莲塘口岸车牌FV车牌（内地到香港的两地车牌）办理条件：在广东省办理核准手续的国有企业、集体企业、民营企业、私营企业，上一年度纳税数额达到100万元以上的，可以申办1辆内地入出香港商务车指标。
莲塘口岸车牌粤Z车牌（从香港到内地的两地车牌）办理条件：境外投资者到广东省投资，上一年度纳税数额达到15万元以上的可申请1辆入出内地商务车辆牌证；上一年度的纳税数额须到50万元以上的可申请第2辆入出内地商务车辆牌证；上一年度的纳税数额达到100万元以上的可申请3辆入出内地商务车辆牌证；从申办第4辆商务车指标起，上一年度的纳税数额每增加100万元即可增办1辆商务车指标，多不超过15辆。
