It is reported that，广东省交通管理局官网6月5号发布《关于启动莲塘（香园围）口岸粤港商务车指标申领工作的公告》，经粤港双方商定，广东省交通管理局将自2025年6月12日起，正式启动莲塘（香园围）口岸粤港商务车指标申领工作。
one、粤港两地政府同意在莲塘（香园围）口岸开通前发放2000个香港入出内地商务车配额和200个内地入出香港商务车配额。两地政府会根据申请情况，考虑进一步增加配额数量，以满足市民对跨境交通服务的需求。

Application conditions
：莲塘口岸粤港商务车指标申领条件同深圳湾口岸、沙头角口岸粤港商务车申领条件一样，到我省投资的国外、港澳台商户，其上一年度在我省纳税数额符合以下条件的，可以申办港澳入出内地商务车指标：申办第1辆莲塘口岸车牌指标的，上一年度纳税数额须达到15万元以上；申办第2辆莲塘口岸车牌指标的，上一年度的纳税数额须达到50万元以上；申办第3辆莲塘口岸车牌指标，上一年度的纳税数额须达到100万元以上；从申办第4辆莲塘口岸车牌指标起，上一年度的纳税数额每增加100万元即可增办1辆莲塘口岸车牌指标，至多不超过15辆。
办理资料清单：
- 外资企业备案证明、business license、公章；
- 香港商业登记证、Company registration certificate、上一年度周年申报表；
- 企业上一年度纳税凭证和完税证明；
- 香港机动车登记文件；
- 驾驶人香港身份证、回乡证、香港驾驶证、大陆驾驶证；
- 机动车彩色照片 1 张，驾驶员近期正面免冠白底大 1 寸的彩色照片 1 张。
