Application conditions
- Registered capital、资产总额、营业收入均达5000万元以上，或者已在香港投资125万美元以上（1000万元人民币或港币），State-owned enterprises that have gone through the approval procedures with the Guangdong Provincial Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation、collective enterprise、private enterprise，可以申请办理1个出入香港商务车指标（不予增办）。
- 对上一年度纳税额达到100万元人民币以上的，优先办理。
- 外资企业、“三来一补”企业以及已办理出境公务车的企业不予办理出境商务车指标。
