2. 申请开办劳务派遣组织的报告;
3. 成立劳务派遣组织的可行性报告和实施方案;

5. 办公用房证明(契约、rental agreement、产权证)复印件;
6. 法定代表人职务任命书及身份证复印件;
7. 工商行政管理部门核准的《名称预先核准通知书》。
