境外公司账户转款给境内个人户不成功的因素

根据外管局规定，境内居民外汇储蓄账户原则上不得用于对公结算。境外公司给境内个人汇款，下列情况原则上不能入账：

1. 对方是证券公司，投资公司；
2. 汇款附言可以看出是贸易货款；
3. 收款人申报该款项是资本项下或者是贸易货款；
4. 其它当地外管认为不能入账的款项。

若这笔款项不属于贸易及经营投资性外汇，一般可以入账，但银行同时会对这笔款项的真实性和合法性进行审核。境内个人接收金额在等值3000美元以下（含）的汇入汇款，银行在了解款项资金性质不属于贸易及经营投资性外汇，在账号户名一致的前提下，可直接解付至个人外汇储蓄账户。若金额超过，需要办理申报后才能入账。
