办理进出口权需要的流程

1. 到市政服务大厅的商务局窗口办理对外贸易经营者备案登记手续，资料审核通过后，会拿到对外贸易经营者备案登记表。
2. 拿到对外贸易经营者备案登记表后再去公安局申请刻报关专用章。
3. 行政审批大厅办理注册登记和电子口岸企业情况登记，办完后可以拿到报关单位注册登记证书。
4. 拿到报关单位注册登记证书后，需要继续在行政审批大厅办理电子口岸信息录入。办理IC卡和电脑读卡器。
5. 到检验检疫局进行登记备案。
6. 到外汇管理局办理境内机构经常项目外汇帐户开立和进口(出口)收汇核销登记。
7. 银行开立外汇账户。

1. 营业执照副本原件和复印件
2. 营业执照正本以及复印件一份
3. 企业法人身份证原件及复印件
4. 公章、财务章、法人章
5. 财务负责人身份证原件以及复印件一份
6. 对外贸易经营者备案登记表原件以及复印件
