ICP证年检需要准备哪些材料？ 办理ICP证年检时，向通信管理局提出申请后，需要提供企业的营业执照副本；最新ICP许可证；.Articles of Association；.业务开通证明；.年检承诺书等进行审核。
ICP证年检具体步骤
- 增值电信业务经营许可证年检系统开启，持证单位可从网上提交年检材料；
- 年检系统正常提交年检材料通道关闭，同时开启整改通道，此时间点前未提交年检材料的列入整改范畴。
- 年检系统整改通道关闭，不再接收任何年检材料和年检整改材料。
- 年检印章封存，不再为任何企业办理盖章手续，因企业自身原因未盖章的，按增值电信业务经营许可证未参检处理。 年检

如果在取得了ICP证，没有参加年检的话，会被视为年检不合格的，在整改时再不合格，ICP许可证是会被吊销的哦亲，而且3年之内都不可以办理哦！
