建筑劳务派遣许可证地址要求

劳务派遣工普遍存在于大城市，这是一种第三方中介式的打工。工人由派遣公司负责招聘和管理，直接委派到一些短期急需人手的工厂。工期结束以后，工厂直接跟派遣公司统一对接。工人的工资也是由他们发放。劳务派遣办理所需资料：

1. 执照原件和复印件、official seal。
2. 100平方的场地，且要房产证原件，无法提供原件需要提供银行抵押证明或者国土局打印的查档信息单（有房证明）
3. 房屋租赁凭证。
4. 消防意见书
5. 得开通社保，并有人员已交社保，须提供公司社保编号及在该公司名下缴纳社保了的其中一位人员的身份信息及社保号。（注册用）
6. 至少200万的验资报告。
7. 非当年成立的还需提供上一年度审计报告。
8. 需要购买劳务派遣OA系统。

3. 开通银行账户以及社保账户，少调一个人进去
4. 整理所有的材料 送人力资源局预审
