Port communication融资租赁的焦点都在融资方面，因此对租赁物件的融资租赁特点，监管部门好像关怀的并不太多，但在有关文件中还是有必定的规则。银监会的《金融租赁公司管理办法》中规定的可租赁物件是固定资产，关于公司来说，房产是可获取折旧固定资产，因此做租赁应当没有问题。
