ICP经营许可证的办理是每个网上经营者的必经之路，也是比较费时费力的一步，因为通信管理局是按照三个月一次的统一发证，所以办理所需时间约为三个月，发证时间按照通管局实际通知为准。

申请的条件：
- 独立法人公司，公司注册资金100万以上

- 公司有独立的域名和网站名称,且网站已备案
- 有与开展经营活动相适应的资金和专业人员
- 涉及前置审批的业务平台，须先取得相关主管部门颁发的经营许可后，才可以申请ICP证。
