条件及流程 ICP经营许可证的办理是每个网上经营者的必经之路，也是比较费时费力的一步，因为通信管理局是按照三个月一次的统一发证，所以办理所需时间约为三个月，发证时间按照通管局实际通知为准。
one、Business scope： 经营性ICP，经营的内容主要是在线支付、充值平台、网上广告、代制作网页、有偿提供特定信息内容、电子商务及其他网上应用服务。

Application conditions
：
- 独立法人公司，公司注册资金100万以上（不需要实缴）
- 公司属于内资企业（外资占股比例不能超过49%）
- 公司股东及法人持有中国身份证（股东及法人不能是外籍身份）
- 公司有独立的域名和网站名称,且网站已备案
- 有与开展经营活动相适应的资金和专业人员
- 涉及前置审批的业务平台，须先取得相关主管部门颁发的经营许可后，才可以申请ICP证。
（如：经营网络游戏业务，须先取得网络文化经营许可证，才可以申请ICP证） 三、申请的流程： 准备基础材料——》通信局在线提交申请——》受理通知——》等待下证——》现场拿材料领取许可证 四、Materials required：
- 公司营业执照副本彩色扫描件；
- 公司章程复印件及一级股东证明材料（如一级股东为自然人股东，需提供其身份证原件彩色扫描件；如一级股东为企业法人股东，需提供其营业执照副本及工商查档章程原件彩色扫描件）；
- 法人身份证扫描件；
- 三名主要管理人员身份证扫描件及近期三个月内的社保证明；
- 网站域名证书彩色扫描件（
