ICP许可证申请办理有什么
Things to note
- ICP经营许可证必须到公司注册地所在的通信管理局办理;
- 如果一个网站有多个域名，申请时必须全部填写;
- 如果一个公司有多个网站，办理一个许可证即可，但每个网站都要出具一份材料;
- 如果两个公司为同一网站，不能同时申请一个ICP许可证;
- 如果公司域名、公司名称或公司注册资金变更，需作变更申报，如果其他日常信息(如公司电话等)change，可在年检时变更;
- ICP许可证办理成功后，需要到工商部门办理增项，然后到红盾315办理备案;
- 中外合资企业(大股东为外籍人士，占公司51%股权)不可以办理ICP证，中外合资或者外商独资都不可以;
- ICP许可证申请下来，有效期为5年，在有效期内需要每年都要进行年检，5年有效期到了，如果想继续开展业务可以申请续期;
