深圳湾口岸又被称为深圳湾旅检大楼，于2007年正式启用，通关时间为早上六点半到晚上12点，据可靠消息称，深圳湾将会实行和皇岗口岸一致的24小时通关政策，只是启用时间还未确定。
深圳湾车牌条件;
- 到我省投资的国外、港澳台商户，其上一年度在我省纳税数额符合以下条件的，可以申办港澳入出内地商务车指标：申办第1辆商务车指标的，上一年度纳税数额须达到15万元以上；申办第2辆商务车指标的，上一年度的纳税数额须达到50万元以上；申办第3辆商务车指标，上一年度的纳税数额须达到100万元以上；从申办第4辆商务车指标起，上一年度的纳税数额每增加100万元即可增办1辆商务车指标，多不超过15辆。
