Remittance service(remittance service) Refers to a business conducted in Hong Kong、Providing services for one or more of the following transactions— (a)Send money or arrange for money to be sent outside Hong Kong； (b)Receiving or arranging to receive money from a place outside Hong Kong； (c) Arrange to receive money outside Hong Kong。

- 7 When do I need to apply for a license?

- 9 What form will a money services operator license take?
The license must be in a form specified by the Commissioner，and shall— (a) Specify— (i) For the purpose of a license to operate money services in specified premises，the address of each premises at which the licensee may operate money services；or (ii) in any other case，Correspondence address of the licensee concerned； (b)The endorsement is based on section 1 of the Ordinance
