表)。 2.7需要在何时申请牌照？
(a)任何人在经营金钱服务前必须向关长申请牌照；or (b)已在香港警务处联合财富情报组登记的汇款代理人及/或货币兑换商而其登记在2012年3月31日仍然有效，由2012年4月1日起至2012年5月30日的60天过渡期内，仍可在列载於该组在2012年3月31日的纪录册内的业务处所继续经营业务。
已登记的汇款代理人及/或货币兑换商如欲在过渡期後继续经营金钱服务业务，他可在过渡期届满前的任何时间向「关长」申请牌照。递交牌照申请书後，在获批给新牌照或申请被拒或撤回前，他仍可继续经营金钱服务业务。 2.8If the Commissioner refuses to grant a money services operator license or renew the license，Will the licenses collected be returned?

，Not refundable。 2.9金钱服务经营者牌照会是甚麽形式？
牌照须采用关长指明的格式，并须— (a)Specify— (i)就准予在指明处所经营金钱服务的牌照而言，有关持牌人可经营金钱服务所在的每一个处所的地址；or (ii)如属任何其他情况，有关持牌人的通讯地址； (b)批注有根据条例第30、31或32条施加或修改的条件；and (c)Validity period of specified license。
2.10How long is the validity period of the license granted? Normally，The license granted is valid for two years。If the licensee wishes to continue operating money services，Application for license renewal must be submitted before expiration of validity period。anyway，牌照在以下情况停止有效— (a)If the licensee is an individual，when the person dies； (b)如持牌人属合夥，该合夥解散时；or (c)If the licensee is a corporation，When the corporation begins to be wound up。
62.11如在没有牌照的情况下经营金钱服务会有甚麽後果？ 条例第29(1)Regulation stipulates that any person operating money services without a license，It is a crime。Regulation 29(2)Section 29 provides that any person who commits(1)Offenses under Article，Once convicted，可被判罚款十万港元及监禁6个月。
