(1)《外资企业批准证书》及相关批复;(2)已注明实收资本达到申办金额条件的《企业法人营业执照》;(3)企业历次《验资报告》;(4)商户属香港公司的，提交该公司中文版《商业登记证》，《公司注册证书》;属澳门公司的，提交该公司中文版商业及动产登记局《证明》;属国外公司的，提交该公司国外公司注册证书并经省内公证处翻译的中文翻译本;属个人的，提交个人的身份证件，港澳居民并提交回乡证，台湾居民提交台胞证，外国公民提交《护照》并经省内公证处翻译的中文翻译本;(5)提供香港运输署《车辆登记文件》或 澳门商业及动产登记局《所有权登记凭证/汽车》;(6)驾驶员的香港或澳门身份证、香港或澳门驾照、大陆驾照、港澳居民回乡证、台湾居民台胞证，外国公民《护照》并经省内公证处翻译的中文翻译本;(7)车辆角度为前进方向左侧45度、尺寸为88mm×60mm的彩色照片6张，驾驶员近期正面免冠红底大1寸的彩色照片6张。
