是多少呢?【】3月14日，证监会批准设立申港证券股份有限公司(以下简称“申港证券”)，这是根据2013年8月内地与香港、澳门签署的《关于建立更密切经贸关系的安排》(CEPA)补充协议十设立的一家两地合资多牌照证券公司。
证监会新闻发言人邓舸介绍，根据CEPA补充协议十，允许内地证券公司对港澳地区进一步开放：一是，允许符合条件的港资、澳资金融机构分别在深圳、广东、深圳各设立1家两地合资全牌照证券公司，Hong Kong capital、澳资持股比例高可达51%，内地股东不限于证券公司;二是，允许符合条件的港资、澳资金融机构分别在内地批准的在金融改革方面先行先试的若干改革试验区内，各新设1家两地合资全牌照证券公司，内地股东不限于证券公司，Hong Kong capital、澳资持股比例不超过49%，且取消内地单一股东须持股49%的限制。
2015年8月21日，证监会启动该项审批工作。邓舸指出，按照《证券公司业务范围审批暂行规定》规定，申港证券业务范围为证券经纪、证券承销与保荐、证券自营、证券资产管理等4项，持续合规经营满1年后，可以按规定申请其他证券业务牌照，成为牌照齐全的证券公司。
