Port communication海南航空欲与渤海天津合作飞机租赁业务，海南航空(600221)今日公告，公司拟同渤海租赁的全资子公司天津渤海租赁有限公司的全资子公司天津渤海四号租赁有限公司开展租赁业务，以月租金121万美元的价格从天津渤海四号经营性租赁一架A330-300飞机，租期144个月，固定租金按季支付，租赁保证金363万美元。
根据方案，公司拟与天津渤海四号及AIRBUS公司签署三方购机协议，由天津渤海四号无偿受让海南航空向AIRBUS公司购买一架空客A330-300飞机的购机权利，协议签署后天津渤海四号购买该架空客A330-300飞机。
根据AIRBUS公司公布的信息，空客A330机型2025年平均目录价格为2.537亿美元，飞机最终购买价格将根据双方合同约定和相关价格调整系数进行调整。
飞机预计交付日期2025年6月，公司以月租金121万美元的价格从天津渤海四号经营性租赁该架A330-300飞机，租期144个月，固定租金按季支付，租赁保证金363万美元。由于天津渤海四号受公司股东海航集团有限公司控制，故此次交易构成关联交易。
