海尔金控旗下海云汇获“放债人牌照”

4月6日，海尔金控旗下海云汇外汇资本市场（香港）有限公司（“海云汇”小微）获得香港监管部门颁发的“放债人牌照”。牌照获批后，海云汇可在香港地区开展社会化信贷业务。

此次获批的“放债人牌照”是海尔金控在境外获得的第一张金融牌照，也是海云汇社会化业务落地的第一步，以此为开端，其业务版图向香港地区甚至海外市场拓展。拓展阅读放债人牌照，其主要业务包括个人以及商业贷款、mortgage、汽车重型机器工厂租赁、信用卡融资、期票及发单贴现、中小型企业贷款、有抵押贷款以及银团贷款等。
