深圳设立货币兑换机构需要什么条件？
申请货币代兑的条件：
- 有境内企业法人资格；
- 有固定的营业场所；
- 不少于2名经授权银行培训合格的从事外币兑换业务的工作人员；

- 管理人员中至少有2名具有本外币兑换或相应业务经验；
- 每一个经营网点配备不少于2名熟悉外汇管理政策和个人本外币兑换业务的工作人员
- 具备逐笔完整记录个人本外币兑换特许业务的条件，以及以醒目方式展示兑换币种和牌价的设备及设施；
- 具备外币定价、本外币现钞调运、配钞、存储、保管、托收等条件；
- 具备兑换水单管理、备付金账户管理、现钞管理、会计核算、风险控制及向外汇分局报送相关信息等制度；
- 符合国家外汇管理局个人结售汇管理信息系统接入的技术条件；
