详细介绍一、办理旅行社经营许可证（申请经营出境旅游业务的除外）

Application conditions

1. 申请者拥有产权的营业用房，或租用的、租期不少于1年的营业用房
2. 营业设施设备来源证明
3. 有不少于30万元的注册资本。
4. 有必要的经营管理人员和导游（必要的经营管理人员”是指具有旅行社从业经历或者相关专业经历的经理人员和计调人员；“必要的导游”是指有不低于旅行社在职员工总数20%且不少于3名、与旅行社签订固定期限或者无固定期限劳动合同的持有导游证的导游）
5. 有指定银行存入质量保证金20万元或依法取得银行担保的证明文件。
6. 投保旅行社责任险证明文件。
