2. 有与业务相适应的资金（需达到10万注册资金）。
3. 依法办理登记注册，领取登记证书或者营业执照。
4. 其他依法应具备的条件。

1. 营业执照副本。
2. 法人或主要负责人的身份证。
3. 3名以上专职演出经纪人员的资格证明（注：中国演出行业协会颁发的演出经纪人资格证）及身份证。
4. 住所使用权证明。
5. 资金证明（验资报告或入资单）。
