，现将做好有关私募产品备案管理和风险监测衔接工作通知如下：自2014年7月1日起，中国证券业协会（以下简称证券业协会）和中证资本市场发展监测中心原承担的证券公司及其子公司资产管理业务、直接投资业务、基金管理公司及其子公司特定客户资产管理业务等有关私募产品的备案管理、风险（统计）监测等职责划归中国证券投资基金业协会（以下简称基金业协会）履行。
