按照新出台的规定，之前已经办理过广东省其他口岸的大陆企业或者公司若是符合条件也可以直接提出申请。 FV车牌指标在5年内使用是有效的，在5年期满之后，按照相关的办理条件为指标办理延期，但超过三年延期期限的FV车牌指标将会被取消。
