关于丙烷要领危险化学品经营许可证吗?

危险品安全意识不容忽视，今天有个客户因生产需要进了一些丙烷，需要办理危险化学品经营许可证吗?危化证代办公司上海剑墨有限公司在这里详细说明19年10月，根据国家安全监管总局办公厅《关于明确气体充装站从业性质紧急请示的复函》(安监总厅危化函〔2025〕300号)的解释，将液化气体通过汽化装置转化为压缩气体进行销售的充装单位，应纳入危险化学品生产企业管理。

我省也陆续启动此类企业安全生产许可证的颁发和管理工作。2025年10月，国家安全监管总局办公厅下发《关于气体充装企业安全生产行政许可有关问题的复函》(安监总厅危化函〔2025〕297号)规定，暂时不要将气体充装企业纳入危险化学品生产企业安全生产许可证颁发和管理范畴。
