我省也陆续启动此类企业安全生产许可证的颁发和管理工作。2007年10月，国家安全监管总局办公厅下发《关于气体充装企业安全生产行政许可有关问题的复函》(安监总厅危化函〔2007〕297号)规定，暂时不要将气体充装企业纳入危险化学品生产企业安全生产许可证颁发和管理范畴。
therefore，在国家安全监管总局对行政许可类别作进一步调整前，我省气体充装企业继续按照原国家安全生产监督管理局《关于危险化学品有关行政许可问题的复函》(安监管司办函字〔2004〕124号)
