公司转让协议（最新版）

甲方：北京XXXX有限公司乙方：北京典创登记注册代理事务所甲乙双方经友好协商，本着公平公正原则，达成如下事项：在执照转让期间甲方应配合乙方完成变更工作，在变更过程中乙方不得擅自利用甲方资料作违法活动，否则一律后果由乙方自负，由双方点清资料交接完毕，一次付给预先定好的价格(XX万)元交付甲方，变更工作完成后，该企业的一切账务与甲方无关。

此协议双方签字盖章有效，未尽事宜双方友好协商解决。

1. 税务正副本原件，执照正副本原件。
2. 组织代码证正副本原件及1C卡。
3. 验资报告。
4. 公司章程。
5. 公章、财务章、合同章、发票专用章、人名章。
6. 银行注销确认信息单。
7. 北京市单位小客车更新指标确认通知书。以上资料是甲方需提供给乙方的。
