今天小编就来和大家说说公司注销的具体细节一般工商注销和国地税注销是一起办税务注销的话，需要先注销地税再注销国税，注意一点，在领取注销地税登记通知单之前，都需要正常申报纳税，拿到了注销地税登记通知单之后，才可以去注销国税，在注销国税填写《注销税务登记申请审批表》、《注销及走逃企业审批表》、《缴销专用发票申请表》后，国税注销流程就开始了，最后也会有一个国税登记通知单，在这之前依然要正常申报纳税（国税部分）。

对公账户注销

1. 提交《注销银行账户申请表》，由开户行报送中国人民银行审批。
2. 提交开户银行许可证、未使用的现金支票、转账支票等资料到银行办理注销。

社保、公章注销深圳市公司注销须填写《深圳市社会保险登记/变更/注销申请表》并提供以下资料到所属征收部门：

1. 宣告破产：须提供破产法律文书复印件（验原件）；
2. 撤销吊销：须提供撤销、吊销工商执照的相关证明材料；
3. 合并转让：须提供合并、转让的相关证明材料；
4. 终止经营：须提供“终止经营”的相关证明材料。

至于公章，可以交给公安机关销毁
