所以问题来了，公司注册认缴资本到期后缴不齐怎么办？
- 从法律看，如果在法律规定的最后期限（一般是20年内）缴足都没有问题。如果实在没钱缴的话，建议最好召开股东会减少注册资本（必须是三分之二以上投票权的股东通过），并办理工商变更登记手续。又或者延长出资时间。
- 如果因实收资本未缴足损害了债权人利益，未缴足的部分根据法律规定应向股东追缴，以保障债权人利益不受损害。
- 从税法角度讲，建议企业应将实收资本到账或者减少注册资本。因为如果不到账，根据税法规定，企业的借款利息支出中，实收资本未到位差额的部分借款产生的借款利息税前是不能扣除的。
也就是说你没有这个资金实力，随意扩大注册资本，吹牛也得准备多缴税。特别提醒：一旦你欠了债权人债务没有偿清，为逃避责任，然后减少注册资本是不行的，得先把债清偿。更惨的是，如果你手上没有那么多钱清偿，那么债权人可以向法院申请冻结你名下全部资产~各位~装大佬也要量力而行~
