1. 公司法定代表人签署的《公司变更登记申请书》（公司加盖公章）；
2. 公司签署的《指定代表或者共同委托代理人的证明》（公司加盖公章）及指定代表或委托代理人的身份证复印件（本人签字）；应标明具体委托事项、被委托人的权限、委托期限。
3. 公司章程修正案（公司法定代表人签署）；
4. 变更后住所的使用证明；自有房产提交产权证复印件；租赁房屋提交租赁协议复印件以及出租方的房产证复印件；未取得房产证的，提交房地产管理部门的证明或者购房合同及房屋销售许可证复印件；出租方为宾馆、饭店的，提交宾馆、饭店的营业执照复印件。
5. law、行政法规和国务院决定规定变更住所必须报经批准的，提交有关的批准文件或者许可证书复印件；
