- 注册资金最少200万而且要验资;
- 必须要有实际的经营地址; 除了上面的两个条件，还有就是办理劳务派遣许可证的公司需要在当地人力资源和社会保障局申请行政许可。
申请经营劳务派遣业务的,申请人应当向许可机关提交下列材料: (one)劳务派遣经营许可申请书; (two)营业执照或者《企业名称预先核准通知书》; (three)公司章程以及验资机构出具的验资报告或者财务审计报告; (Four)经营场所的使用证明以及与开展业务相适应的办公设而设倍、信管理系等清单; (five)法定代表人的身份证明; (six)亏务派遣管理制度,包括劳动合同、劳动报测、社会保验验、工作时时间、休息休假、劳动纪律等与劳动者切身利益相关的规章制度文本:拟与用工单位签订的劳务派遣协议样本。
之后受理机关收到申请资料后会当场告知你是否有需要更改的地方以及是否缺少资料。如果资料齐全给与受理不受理也会给你说明原因。受理之后会查证材料真实情况。20工作日内做出是否给与许可证决定
