申报流程网上企业具备上网条件，采取网上申报年检的方式，流程是：年检流程图

1. 企业登陆“企业网上年检系统”；
2. 企业按照提示进行网上注册和网上申报；
3. 企业网上提交成功后，5日后查看年检结果，如果初审通过年检，按照提示打印相关材料，并按照提示带相关材料7日内到相关工商所报送年检材料，缴纳年检费，领取营业执照；
4. 企业年检结束。

手工企业不具备上网条件，采取手工申报年检的方式，流程是：

1. 企业到管片工商所领取年检报告书；
2. 企业填写年检报告书；
3. 企业按照
