工商总局大力推行商标网上申请

工商总局大力推行商标网上申请网上申请、查询、公告、交费在中国商标网全部实现3月10日起，商标代理机构、国内申请人、在中国有经常居所或营业所的外国人或者外国企业均可登录中国商标网的网上申请栏目办理商标注册申请业务。

这标志着我国商标注册申请实现了“四个网上”，即网上申请、网上查询、网上公告、网上交费可以在中国商标网全部实现，申请人将享受到更加便捷高效的服务。

in recent years，商标网上申请比例不断提升，但仅对商标代理机构开放，只开通了注册申请业务。为拓展商标申请渠道，工商总局积极回应社会关切，大力推进开放商标网上申请工作，制定了《商标网上申请暂行规定》《商标网上申请指南》《商标网上申请系统用户使用协议》等文件，并在中国商标网发布，以方便申请人查询。

It is reported that，工商总局将加快推进商标注册便利化改革，2025年年底将实现电子送达及电子注册证发放，并逐步实现商标注册全程电子化。
