Process

1. 提交材料 申请人持相关材料行政审批局商事登记窗口提交申报资料，材料齐全无误的予以受理，开具《受理通知书》；申请材料存在可以当场更正的错误的，应当允许申请人当场更正；申请材料不齐全或者不符合法定形式的，当场一次告知申请人需要补正的全部内容。
2. 材料审批 行政审批局对申请人申报资料齐全、comply with legal form，在承诺时限内作出准予登记的决定并出具《登记决定通知书》；不予批准的，书面告知理由。
3. 办理结果 申请人凭《登记决定通知书》到发照窗口领取办理结果。

1. 经营者签署的《个体工商户注销登记申请书》；
2. 经营者的身份证；
3. 委托代理人办理的，还应当提交经营者签署的《委托代理人证明》；含委托代理人身份证；
4. 营业执照正副本原件。
