在1800元(交由代理机构一站式办理)个人注册商标流程：1、以个人名义申请(1).申请书(2).申请委托书(申请人签字)(3).申请的身份证复印件(4).个体工商户营业执照复印件。

- 个人独资企业申请的，必须以公司名义申请，不能以个人名义申请(1).申请书(2).委托书(加盖公司章戳)(3).主体资格证明(营业执照)
- 以一人有限责任公司申请的必须以公司名义申请，不能以个人名义申请
- 以个体工商户名义申请的，不能超过营业执照的范围。
申请程序：
- 先对商标进行审查，如果在先没有相同或近似的就可以制作申请文件递交申请了。
- 递交申请后的一个月左右，商标局会给你下发一个申请受理通知书(这个期间是形式审查阶段)
- 形式审查完毕后，就进行实质阶段这个期间大概需要1年到1年半左右。
- 如果实质审查合格，就进入公告程序(这个期间是3个月也叫异议期间)
- 公告期满，无人提异议的就可以拿注册证了申请材料：
- 公司申请的：需要企业的营业执照副本复印件。
- 个人申请的需要个人身份证复印件和个人身份证复印件。
- 商标图样。
- 注册商标所要使用的商品或服务范围。
