第二类是内地经港珠澳大桥进入香港，并领取香港车牌的指标：在我省办理核准的国有企业、集体企业、私营企业，3年内（含申办当年）纳税累计100万元人民币以上，可以申请1辆内地经大桥出港商务车指标。有关部门认为，可考虑逐步有序、有限制地开放港澳单牌车进入广东，同时应加快三地驾驶人员资格互认、车辆检验互认。
港珠澳车牌申请办理FV车牌的企业须提交以下材料：
- 粤港澳机动车辆往来证明以及驾驶人驾车业务申请表;
- 申请中港车牌办理的企业法人营业执照;
- 企业缴纳完税务后的完税凭证;
- 车辆行驶证、车辆登记证，申请中港车牌办理的公司于车辆所有人必须一致。
- 司机港澳通行证;
