（已申办其他口岸的内地企业不受限制，仍可提出申请）2、有内地驾驶员，有两地驾驶证，车辆用公司名义购买，并在大陆购买。
外资企业申请港珠澳车牌条件：境外到我省投资企业（含港澳台地区和外国公司及境外投资者）对到我省投资的境外投资企业（个人），不论投资额多少，省内企业3年内（含申办当年）纳税额累计达到10万元人民币以上者就可以申办1辆通行港珠澳大桥口岸的商务车辆指标；纳税50万元人民币以上的，可申请第2辆；100万元人民币以上的可申办第3辆。
以往申请过其他口岸车辆的，不受限制，仍可提出申请。2、有香港驾驶员，有两地驾驶证，车辆用公司名义购买，并在大陆购买。
