非公募慈善基金会申请条件和申请流程

Charitable foundation，指的是具有一定影响力和组织性的个人、企业或者是社会团体，利用自己的力量筹集各方面的资金等无偿帮助一些弱势群体所成立的慈善机构，统一称作为慈善基金会。

3. 验资证明和住所证明;
4. 理事名单、身份证明以及拟任理事长、副理事长、秘书长简历;
5. 业务主管单位同意设立的文件。
