Port communication近日，中国商报刊登一篇题为《典当“抱团”路不好走》的文章，讲述了典当行业欲抱团发展，却不得要领，流于形式。究其原因，为何许多地方典当行在协会领导下，却抱而不成团，或者抱团是形聚神散呢？ 或许这其中，有很多原因。
笔者认为，first，典当行业发展参差不齐，很多抱团企业根本不在一个经营水平或经营层次上，说的极端一些，大象与蚂蚁，即便再有开放的心态，让他们如何抱团？
Secondly，当前各地的协会组织或其他社团组织，大多相对松散，无论从管理架构、运营规范等方面都存在诸多不足，难以有效的服务抱团成员，更别说约束了，久而久之，就愈加松散，甚至形同虚设； 第三，缺乏开放的心态，笔者与很多同行交流时，经常会遇到这样的情况，他们会想方设法的去问你的经营情况，索取你的经验，当被问及自身情况时，遮遮掩掩，含糊其辞，不敢自曝家丑，起始心态就不对，又如何能好好滴玩呢？
！ 第四，典当行，虽然经营的业务都是典当，但各家各有千秋，不仅在业务品种、category、personnel、管理、市场等各方面千差万别，并且，不同地域市场差别较大，这也是为什么很多典当行会说各种交流没有实际效果，殊不知，他山之石可以攻玉，并非让你去将别人的石头搬回来就是玉了，其核心要义是要你参照让山之石学习攻玉之窍门。
在管理、经营方面，拿来主义是切切不可取的。
