保险公估机构可以经营下列保险公估业务:

1. 保险标的承保前和承保后的检验、估价及风险评估；
2. 保险标的出险后的查勘、检验、估损理算及出险保险标的残值处理；
3. 风险管理咨询；
4. 中国保监会批准的其他业务。

港澳台及外籍人士投资保险公估机构，如果股份或出资达到或超过25%，不属深圳保监局受理范围，需直接向中国保监会递交设立申请。

许可证有效期为3年任董事长、执行董事和高级管理人员应当具备下列条件：

1. 大学专科以上学历；
2. 从事经济工作2年以上；

2. 具有中级以上技术职称。
