保安服务许可证办理条件：申请设立保安服务公司，应当到省辖市公安局填报《保安服务公司申请表》，并提交下列材料：
- 股东发起人资料：company shareholders，请提供营业执照及公章；自然人股东，请提供身份证复印件及原件（原件在交件及验场地时必须需要）；
- 预先核名：请提供三个公司名称以上；建议核省名，注册资金见下面第3点；
- 公司注册资金：1000万或以上（认缴，无需实缴）；
- （二级）保安师证：3name，分别是法人1名、副总经理2名；
- 三名高管除保安师证申请设立保安服务公司，应当向所在地市级人民政府公安机关提交申请书以及能够证明其符合以上规定条件的材料。
- Accounting：1name，需提供《会计从业人员资格证书》及身份证复印件；
- 车辆：2台，需要行驶证、驾驶证各二本；
- 股东发起公司超一年经营需提供审计报告；
- 办公场所面积：150平以上，需租赁合同、场地使用证明；
- 设备材料清单保安服务业务范围：

- 小区保安，工厂保安，酒店保安，私人保镖，领导人保镖，特种押运。
