慈善基金会怎么成立以及条件

基金会是指利用自然人、法人或者其他组织捐赠的财产，以从事公益事业为目的，按照基金会管理条例的规定成立的非营利性法人。成立条件及所需资料：

1. 需要：1个理事长，1个副理事长，3个理事，1个监事，1个秘书长，需要：4个专职人员，需要18岁至今的简历。
