出版物经营许可证办理需知

一般经营有关图书、报纸、期刊、音像制品、电子出版物等相关业务的总发行、批发、零售、出租以及展销的活动，就需要申请出版物经营许可证。

1. 总发行：指由唯一供货商向其他经营者销售出版物。
2. 批发：指供货商向其他出版物经营者销售出版物。
3. 零售：指经营者直接向消费者销售出版物。
4. 出租：指经营者以收取租金的形式向读者提供出版物。
5. 展销：指主办者在一定场所、时间内组织出版物经营者集中展览、出版物经营许可证的

Application conditions

：

1. 有确定的企业名称和经营范围；
2. 经营者应当具有初级以上出版物发行员职业资格；
3. 有与其业务相适应的固定的经营场所。

出版物经营许可证批发申报材料:

1. 到省新闻出版局领取出版物经营许可证审批表；
2. 申请书，载明单位的名称、address、法定代表人或者主要负责人的姓名、address、资本来源、资本数额等；
3. 企业章程；
4. 注册资本500万元的资信证明；
5. 经营场所的情况及使用权证明（进入批发市场的单店营业面积不少于50平方米，独立设置经营场所的营业面积不少于200平方米），填写经营场所所在地的地址平面图；
6. 法定代表人身份证明复印件一份；
7. 法定代表人或者主要负责人的职业资格证书中级及复印件一份；
8. 相应计算机管理条件的证明材料。

出版物经营许可证零售各区新办所需材料：

1. 核名通知书或执照副本原件（增项企业用）
2. 验资报告
3. 房产证复印件
4. 租赁协议
5. Articles of Association
6. 法人的初级职称图书发行员证书
7. 所有股东的身份证复印件
8. 增项企业需要提供公章
9. 公司座机，，邮编
